This Thursday has been all about awards. I have been trying to find a balance between my IPTG-Induction experiment and award-acceptance. The good thing is that I have successfully accepted all the awards. I can serve myself an extra peg of whiskey for this achievement. The day began with a triplet award, followed by the nomination for ‘The Creative Blogger Award‘ by one of my most active readers. As I was soaking in the glory, another nomination came from Suganiya. This one is for the ‘Real Neat Blog Award‘. I am thankful to her for this gesture.
The rules for accepting this award are:
1. Put the award logo on your blog.
2. Thank the people who nominated you, linking to their blogs.
3. Answer 7 questions asked by the person who nominated you.
4. Nominate any number of bloggers you like, linking to their blogs.
5. Let them know you nominated them (by commenting on their blog, etc.)
So, here are the questions :
1. Do you like to read books? Why?
Ans: I love reading because it stuffs me up with so much data, that nurtures my writing. It also helps as a stress buster.
2. Tell me the character which would resemble the true you?
Ans: This is pretty tough for me. Not by facial looks, but because of my mental exploits, my juniors named me Chanakya :p
3. The name of your first crush and have you ever told him/her that?
Ans: That person is the Voldemort of my life and thus I avoid taking her name. She is the reason I hate the letter “T“.
4. If you could be one character out of a book, what would that be?
Ans: I would like to be the villain in my own book
5. The little things that put a smile on your face everyday?
Ans: Food, food and food.
6. The happiest thing that has ever happened to you?
Ans: Being born to my parents is the happiest event of my life. Sometimes, it feels like a dream to have such level of freedom.
7. Do you believe in true love? (Did I sound like a corny website there?)
Ans: No, I don’t. It should be easier to find unicorn, or an egg of an Albatross.
I liked the questions asked to me, and that is why I choose to forward the same questions to my nominees:
1. Do you like to read books? Why?
2. Tell me the character which would resemble the true you?
3. The name of your first crush and have you ever told him/her that?
4. If you could be one character out of a book, what would that be?
5. The little things that put a smile on your face everyday?
6. The happiest thing that has ever happened to you?
7. Do you believe in true love?
And I nominate the following bloggers for this award:
2. Anita
3. Shoma
4. Steffany
5. Rose
6. Mama Pains
Good luck to all of you 🙂

Cganakta was in Indian philosopher and royal adviser. He, with his shrewd mind, played a vital role in the strengthening of one of the greatest empire of Indian history.

I have never been fond of Facebook, but I had to join because a lot of activities of my University makes it a must. I prefer messaging apps, private and no fuss. 🙂

I don’t interact over facebook anymore. Too many also mix it up with a dating platform. Can’t stand that.
